Miguel Oliveira and Raul Fernandez “on fire” for the 2023 MotoGP World Championship. There is also a nice little curtain between the two.
Lots of changes planned for next season MotoGP. One of them will be the big farewell between Miguel Oliveira And KTM, a now solid and historic combination. But the divorce came at the end of the 2022 season, the point of a settlement never found for the new year. A break that already brings with it some regret on both sides… Also due to the fact that Oliveira is the driver he has won multiple races for the Austrian brand. Several times in “special” conditions, as he reminded him Raul Fernandez in a nice curtain.
Rain or shine?
There is still a long way to go first tests official, where we will have a first idea of the new MotoGP season. In the meantime, the teams enjoy showing some “pill“, small videos in which we have a concentration of information on the riders. It is the case of RNF team, which is preparing for a 2023 full of news. L’goodbye to Yamaha and the new adventure with Aprilia, but also one training totally renewed with Miguel Oliveira and Raul Fernandez, ex KTM landed at the court of Razlan Razali. Both lovers of the mountains, of motocross, of European circuits for example, but divided on other aspects. Such as the preference for dry races or under the rain: Fernandez takes care of “directing” Oliveira on right choice…

Oliveira-Fernandez strike duo
It may well be a coincidence, but the Portuguese driver always has knocked out the competition in a race in the rain. His victories in MotoGP demonstrate this, especially those obtained in 2022 only on these occasions. Miguel Oliveira not so happy to be called a “rain rider“, but apparently he and KTM have shown incredible consistency especially in these circumstances. Who knows if it will be repeated with Aprilia too… Certainly the Noale-based manufacturer has repeatedly underlined the great trust placed both in him and in Raul Fernandez. The latter will just be al second year in the premier class, a different story for Oliveira. So much so that Massimo Rivola joins him with Espargaro and Vinales in the battle for the big booty. There is optimism in the Venetian house, but the team led by Razali is no less: all the staff finished with the smile the first tests in Valencia. After the last difficult year with Yamaha you aim very high. Given the 2022 experienced by Aprilia, it’s not really absurd dream bigrather.
