Although the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq can be customized down to the smallest detail, interested customers need not feel confused when designing their ultra-luxurious electric sedan thanks to the four available design themes. One of them, called Vale, lends a warm minimalistic theme to Celestiq.
According to the luxury marque’s website, the Vale theme “goes beyond traditional palettes with an intense focus on ultra-luxury minimalism” to create a sanctuary-like feel for Celestiq. The exterior chosen is a soft, warm gray color Fritz Gray calls which shimmers with “luxurious” gold flakes, accented with Acier Metal trim.
Inside, the Cadillac Celestiq Vale design theme blends warm Camelia and Sheer Gray leather along with Saturn Open Pore wood trim. Acier Stainless Steel speaker enclosures are also present, creating continuity between the exterior and interior color palettes of the vehicle.
Cadillac Society unveiled a trademark application for the design theme name Vale in August 2022, confirming its existence alongside three others – Mist, Magnetic and Aurora. Each theme brings a different personality to the Cadillac Celestiq.
As a reminder, the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq is finally launching in production form in October 2022, revealing important details about the upcoming flagship ultra-luxury sedan. It’s powered by a 111 kWh battery pack and a dual-motor all-wheel drive system that’s good for an estimated 300 mileage on a single charge while delivering a significant 600 horsepower and 640 pound-feet of torque. This ultra luxury sedan can go from zero to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds.
The electric ultra-luxury sedan will be hand-built in very small batches at the GM Global Technical center, allowing the builder to tinker with even the tiniest details. To that end, it’s no surprise that the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq will cost a starting price of just over $300,000 and is expected to enter production in December 2023.
