The device in question, it’s called scouts and it will embarrass many motorists who also travel daily for work, who will suddenly find themselves with their backs against the wall.
Roadside checks within the municipalities are carried out by the municipal police who are called to keep the attention high to try to limit the incorrect behavior of motorists.
Other patrols are deployed on all the other roads which from now on will benefit from the new system capable of highlight all traffic violations in just a few seconds by raising particularly high fines.
The scout will focus in particular on some prohibitions that few respect and that many motorists transgress. It will be used especially on the busiest sections of road.
How will the scout device work that will raise huge fines for lawbreakers
From this moment on then the police will have an ally which will make it possible to identify any infringement and to punish offenders of the highway code without missing a single one.
Appliances will in particular be able to analyze the speed of vehicles, to identify the license plates as well as the speed and to trigger huge fines on the spot. To make matters worse, the scouts will also be usable at night.
Being equipped with infrared rays, they will be able to evaluate any error at any time of day or night. Moreover, unlike speed cameras, they will not need to be reported because they are not speed cameras in all respects.
That is why few will be able to escape serious consequences. About this the Ministry of Infrastructures has declared that since the patrols are of moving posts and that the scout device will be made available to them, neither need be marked by law.
